*What is a SIDE EVENT?
A side event can be a party, dinner, conference, exhibition, pop up store, showroom, networking event, etc. - to be included in the Berlin Fashion Week Schedule it needs to have a certain level of quality and provide value for a B2B audience of fashion professionals and for Berlin Fashion Week as an international fashion showcase format.
**What is a FASHION SHOW/PRESENTATION
A fashion show/presentation is a “classic runway show”, but also a performance or installation with models, showcasing a new collection to professional press representatives, buyers and opinion leaders.
Before filling out the registration form, please note:
- All information must be truthful and valid. Any inclomplete submissions will be disregarded.
- The show must take place in Berlin between 01.07. 2024 and 04.07.2024.
- To be included in the Berlin Fashion Week Schedule your show needs to have a certain level of quality and provide value for a B2B audience of fashion professionals and for Berlin Fashion Week as an international fashion showcase format. You need to be able to guarantee a professional show production and guest management.
- Your entry will be reviewed and checked for the criteria mentioned above. Please wait until our final confirmation to communicate the time slot. After confirmation, please make sure to communicate your event as part of Berlin Fashion Week.
- If preferred, your show location details can be kept confidential from the public. However, it will be utilized internally to ensure proper slot planning and is crucial for our shuttle planning.
- Please select your top three preferred time slots (in a descending order from 1st choice to 3rd choice) for your fashion show/presentation. We try to realize your number 1 prio timeslot, but want to give equal opportunities for all fashion shows. After submission we will reach out to you to find the best solution for you and all other BFW shows and events (based on locations, other time preferences, etc.)
- After the initial (first) deadline slots will be confirmed and further availability will be limited to the remaining time slots. If you miss the second deadline, entry into the BFW Schedule 07 / 24 can’t be guaranteed.
- A first Show Lineup (without times and details) will be published by the beginning of May. A preliminary version of the show schedule will be published towards the middle of May.The final show schedule will be published at the beginning of June.
The submission deadlines are as follows:
First deadline: 14.05.2024
Second deadline: 28.05.2024
Once the second registration deadline has passed, securing a time slot cannot be guaranteed. However, you are still welcome to register your event, and we will contact you individually regarding scheduling.
